Return costs are your responsibility unless we offered free returns at purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Return Address:<br><strong>Unit 3, Junction 6 Industrial Park, Birmingham, B6 7JJ<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use a reliable delivery service and keep proof of postage. If we don\u2019t receive the item or you can\u2019t provide evidence of return, we may not issue a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the item hasn\u2019t been dispatched yet, we\u2019ll refund you within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of your cancellation. If the product has been sent, we\u2019ll refund you within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving the return or proof of return. Refunds are made to your original payment method \u2014 no extra charges apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the item is used, damaged, or missing packaging\/accessories, we may reduce or refuse the refund.
